Tues 20 Aug 2013 – Taxing Time at Pandanus

Well this must be the most boring day of our holiday- I’m doing Melody’s Tax!!!!!!!  And it soooo boring!  Morning noon and night until it’s done.  Mel has been helping where possible especially with the additions, doing a load of washing, then off for a swim and keeping me fed.  Thanks also to Andrew for emailing us the klms travelled in the Jazz from Mel’s log book in the car.  But it’s finished and will soon be mailed off.

We chose Pandanus  http://www.pandanuslitchfield.com.au/  as the place to do the tax as it has that great cool and mozzie meshed camp kitchen with a large table and an internet connection – just so long as I hung my Telstra wireless modem in my sun hat as high as possible at the top of the van. 

Also thanks to Brian, the owner, who helped try to fix our broken drawer lock and who printed off Mel’s tax schedules.

Finally, glad to hop into bed at 1am – but the tax is done!
